Te Whai Ao — Dodd-Walls Centre investigator Geoff Waterhouse has been awarded the Royal Society Te Apārangi MacDiarmid Medal, in the Wellington Awards Ceremony.

Prof. Waterhouse received this prestigious award for their work in the discovery of low-cost nano-catalysts white could prove critical to global decarbonisation efforts, and the establishment of robust energy infrastructures around renewable energies.
The MacDiarmid Medal is awarded for outstanding scientific research that demonstrates the potential for application to human benefit. Congratulations to Geoff and all the team involved.
