Te Whai Ao — Dodd-Walls Centre is happy to announce that our annual Symposium will be held at the University of Canterbury in 2024, and we warmly invite you to attend.
The Symposium will be held in Christchurch from Monday 18 November to Friday 22 November 2024. Details on speakers and a schedule will be publicised early next year. At this stage we are hoping you are excited to join us for this wonderful opportunity to gather in person, share research, and reconnect with Centre members from across Aotearoa New Zealand.
We are also excited to announce that the Symposium will include a dinner at the International Antarctic Centre,which will include access to their exhibitions and gallery, including the Häugglands Antarctic vehicle, Storm Dome, and Penguin Rescue!
This is a great opportunity to meet DWC members from across the country, show off your research, and collaborate with emerging and established quantum and photonic researchers.
Travel, accommodation, and some meals will be provided by Te Whai Ao — Dodd-Walls Centre for this event.
